dog is 14 been fixed and she is wetting her self all the time

Could be a urinary tract or bladder infection. That can become very bad if left untreated. I would take her to a vet. No matter what that doesn't sound good. I would take her to a professional right away.

incontinance is no fun. could be back problem, could be uti, pronin helps incontinance. good luck with the old lady. let us know after she has been to your vet.
