abcess on rectum of neon tree dragon

my female tree dragon has an abcess coming out of her rectum, looks like she can't finish pooping. is there anything i can do?

This is a medical issue that should be evaluated and treated by a veterinarian. It may be an abscess, or may be a prolapse, which is more serious, so take her in promptly.
