I have a Mini Rex Doe that had kits two weeks ago. Today I noticed a white mass on the outside of her eye. When I get my finger close to the eye she doesn't blink as she does with the other one. Any idea what this is and will it affect the kits? She is eating, moving around well, and doesn't seemed to be bothered by it. It does appear to be on the outside of the eye rather than inside the eye and is pooling up on the bottom eyelid which makes me think it is a discharge of some sort.

Your rabbit likely has an eye infection.
She needs medical attention.
Call your vet and explain that she just cranked out a litter and is nursing. If the vet is 100% sure it is an infection he/she may give your pharmacy a scrip over the phone to save you the trouble of hauling her in there but of course I can't guarantee that.
He/she may want to see her to be sure.
