Rabbit Healt

I have been finding white dusty substance in my rabbits cage by her food bowl. We have not been feeding her anything unusual, some veggies and oats plus her pellets. She has been playing an chewing on newspaper also. Could the paper be the issue? Or is it something else?

It could be the newspaper as i've read that it can be dangerous for rabbits if they continualy chew/eat it because of the ink.
   
I'd suggest removing any newspaper and seeing if that makes a difference.
