cat died sudden

good day from manchester england uk
   
i wonder if you could help me we had a femail cat age bout 2 years old she was a stray and had 4 good kittens
   
wish w all rehoused.but kn one took her the mum
   
she had them in march 2008.
   
also i must point out she was a works cat
   
so she was coing and going with othr cats but she was allways back at the same time, we had a new starter in the work place but did not like cats one night she happyed to jump on his lap liked she did with the orhers but he said he naver did any think to harm her.
   
she was well looked afther we even took her to the vet
   
to have her done wen she had the kittens i was told by the vet that for a strey she was in good helth
   
so comes the way she died one night she went out
   
this was a sunday night i was on night i went out shoutting hr but with kn respones, when i returned to work affter my rest days one off my mates told me the bad news that she was found on a grass verge not far from ware we work
   
we burried Her not far from the office the thing i can not get over is the fact that she had no blood coming from her mouth r nose r eres her mouth was not opend
   
her eyes was wide open, its been 3 moths now and as am writing this i have tears she was a good cat i would love to kn what caused her to die,

that is a very sad story and i am sorry to hear that. is your work far from home because if it isnt that could be your first problem - it being too far from home. and was it old becuase it might of died from old age. or it could have died from a desiese like we do with cancer. who knows - they are just some suggestions! i hope i am not too late to reply.

hi thanks for your reply re the work cat she was only 2 years old she had 4 nice kittens back in march off lst year
   
all off them was spoken for
   
i thought it was sad that kn one took the mother
   
wen i took her to the vet to have her docted i was informed she was fit and in good helth
   
i would off had her but i have 4 cats and one dog of my own
   
but least we no ware she is now as we buryed her behind
   
the office ware we work
   
but must say we do miss her anticks what she got up to
   
and the times she use to run to us as we came in to work
