My cat is sneezing blood

My 12 year old cat has recently been sneezing a lot, last night when she sneezed a spray of blood came out along with lumpy scabby bits.
   
This morning she has sneezed numerous times and each time there is a spray of blood. She also has a wartery eye, she has been treated at the vets previously for the eye and given antibiotics.

My God, I just found this.
   
Has the cat had its lungs examined, that's why a cat would sneeze blood. What's happened since you posted?
