Cosequin (glucosomine & chondroitin, works great, did for my cat) comes in capsules you can open & mix into her food. Buy the kind that has the furry terrier-type dog on the label, one of these is the right dose for a cat. You can buy it online. There's a Cosequin for Cats, but it's more expensive for the same amount of stuff because it's in blister packs.
