Please help my kitty

My cat is 14 years old and had arthritis. He has a bald spot on each side of his body ( on back upper hip joints) and under each bald spot there are 2-3 pea sized lumps. Is this cat cancer or something to do with his arthritis? Please help he is very dear to my family!

Well in my honest opinion I really sugggest you go to a vet as soon as you can.
