I just had my gelding diagnosed with EPM. We are planning on doing a spinal tap to verify this diagnosis. If that comes back positive, what is the likelihood that my other horses have it? They have all shared an environment for the last seven years. None of them show any signs, including the horse that is diagnosed. Should I have them all tested?
