I am not familiar with the dog food you are using and would have to read the ingredients to see if it is a good quality brand. It is important to make sure she is being fed a high quality dog food. There is a website (bestdrydogfoods.bravehost.com) that will let you know what the best foods are. I'm pretty sure at least some of them should be available where you live. Most dog treats sold over here in the U.S. are of poor quality ingredients. A few healthier choices are available at a steep price.
Some dogs just shed more than others. Does your dog have a thick coat? Usually that will cause a lot of shedding.
There is a product used to remove the lose hair from dogs before it falls off. It's called a Furminator and the best price I have found for it is on Amazon. I use one on my dogs and my Shepard mix (with a thick coat) has a handful of hair come off with each stroke. All the dogs love having it used on them.
