We have two larger sized dogs; both female, Roxy is 3 and Bella is 2. A few weeks ago we added a young male, Peanut, to the family. He is 5 months old, a small breed (fiest mix). He absolutely loves the girls, but they hate him! They snarl at him if he gets close to them (which is every chance he gets). He wags his tail and gets so excited when he gets near him, but they seem to just hate him, they growl and once Bella actually pinned him down.

Will they adjust? Is it because he's small or maybe just because he has invaded their "territory"? We chose a male thinking that the girls would accept him more readily, but I'm beginning to think we were wrong. Any advice? Thanks!

I've posted Roxy and Bella's picture, I will post a pic of Senor Peanut later!

When all else fails and i an stumped for advice i always say go to the man who knows it all Cesar Millan the dog whisperer. Go to youtube type in his name and watch some of his shows or go to his website http://www.cesarsway.com. I wish i could say i know what you should do but i don't but i did see an episode where 2 dogs were starting up with the third. Maybe you could email him and get some advice. Don't let this go my guess is if you don't stop it it will only get worse.Best of luck!
