baby asprin with prednisolone

lilli hurt her neck and the vet had done theroutine of steriod shots sent her home with 10mg every 12 hrs but nothing 4 pain can i give her a baby asprin with the prednisolone? I'm asking this because she yipes when i pick her up and it's the week-end and no way to reach the vet?

usually vets dont like to prescribe pain medications because a dog will overexert itself and possibly injure itself worse when it doesnt know its limits. But the date of this post is a while ago, so im sure you've solved the issue. I hope that your doggie is doing better :)
