please help me

well my dog nolia, we put her outside so she can go to the restroom, well we have another dog outside and everytime we put her out there she always foams not alot but it is still there. I don't know wat to do or what it is? Can someone help me? thanks

All I got is: Your dog Nolia is put out in the yard with another dog...but then I lose track.
