NEED HELP!!!

helllo, my roommates white english bulldog has been acting and feeling very strange lately. on monday night we all went for a walk and since then Tilly has not been herself lately. she hasnt been eating and wont go to the bathroom, she is barely drinking any water. she hasnt been walking cause when she does she walks like she cant stay balanced like in a "drunken " state or something then falls to the ground. when we try to pick her up she yelps and she has never been like this before. Please help

This dog needs immediate medical attention.
