I have a 7week old rott puppy who is the size of 2 1/2 week old. she eats and drinks water ok, but she is weak and does nothing but sleep and eat and pee and poop. This has been going on for 2weeks and she wont lift her head all the way up and seems to have some sort of spinal or neorological problem, can you give me some ideas?
