wetting bed in sleep

hello im hoping on help my little dog has been wetting the bed in her sleep lately. i pick up water after 6 at nite but it does not seam to work is there anything i can give her ty karen

Since your dog is female she could have low estrogen levels which are causing her to have leakage while asleep. Has she been spayed? How old is she?
   
Your local vet should be able to test for this with a simple urinalysis.
   
Until then make sure you throughly clean/launder the bedding she's been wetting. By doing this you are eliminating the smell of the urine for your dog that way if this is more of a instinct issue she isnt wetting the bed simply to mark her spot (this is more common in males than females however.)
