HELP SICK DOG

My dog has been coughing and weezing for 6 days now. She has no appetite and can barely get her to drink any water. What could be wrong with her, there are so many things on the internet that it could be. The other two dogs I have are perfectly fine. HELP. I want to take her to the vet and I don't have the money they want up front no one will do payments. What can I do.
