I'm sure you already checked her for fleas, so the next thing I would look into is her diet. What are you feeding her? Nutrition is very important when it comes to skin and health.

You need to see a vet. Period.

If I were a vet (like the one I worked for) here is the list I would run down:

1) Skin scrape for mange and demodexx

2) FLEAS! Unless she is on a safe, vet approved flea drops product like Advantage of Frontline, she most likely has fleas and has developed a flea allergy

3) What type of food do you feed her? She may have a food allergy (typical filler ingredients like wheat and corn in your average low quality Purina and Iams and Pedigree often trigger systemic allergies)

4) How often do you bathe her and with what shampoo? Bathing more than once a week can leach oils out of their skin, and bathing them with certain soaps and chemicals can make things worse.

Course, I'm not a vet. But you need to see one. Skin problems do not get better over time, they get worse and then take more time and money to treat.
