Boston Licking up other dogs hair all over house

My Boston Terrier is approx. 9 yrs. old. He constantly licks my Dalmatians hair off the dog beds, carpeting, rugs and wood floors. He does this after he eats. He also eats his own poop and then comes in the house and licks all the Dalmatians hair up. I don't believe this is a behavioral problem but a digestion problem. Vets have been NO help in this.
I don't believe my dog is eating poop because he likes but because of this digestion problem.
Any thoughts on stopping the licking perhaps a good digestive aid. And any thoughts on eliminating the dog poop eating?
Thank you.
