i don't know which dog should i get

hello, im a college student and i live in an apartment. is havanese the suitable breed to own or should i consider another breed. can u recommend a specific breed that i can buy as im not at home all the time.

I never heard of a havanese until I read your post. From what I read these little dogs make great companions and are very friendly dogs. They are sometimes refereed to as "velcro dogs" because they like to stay very close to their owners. The only negative thing I read said they can suffer from separation anxiety. Since you are home most all the time that shouldn't be a problem. I think this breed would be a good choice for you.

I'm sorry I thought you said you were home most of the time. Since this breed doesn't do well when left alone I would recommend getting one only if you could have someone watch it for you when you are not at home. If that's not possible perhaps another breed would be better. Do they have Boston Terriers in Egypt? If you want a dog that is fun to own and can get one I would recommend it.
