PitBull delivery problems?

Hello. I know Bulldogs in general typicaly have delivery problems due to narrow pelvics and so forth, but do PitBull terriers usualy have those kinds of problems resulting in C-Sections? I know a lot of people that have bred their females and they had no problems, Im just making sure before I breed mine, just so i can decide right now or before shes due how were gonna do this...her vet said she should be fine, but if anyone knows about PitBull terriers and how they TYPICALY are uring delivery, id love to know.
