Keep a mixture of hydrogen pyroxide and water (50/50) in a spray bottle and soak her feet down every time she comes inside from being out. Then wipe them dry so she doesn't lick to much of the mixture. Also, make sure she is getting a good fish oil capsule(omega fatty acids). this takes a while to work but you will find good results in the long run.
