Stone in cat's bladder! help!!!!

My cat is almost 10 years old and I took her to the vet the other day. They did an ultrasound and found a rather large stone in her bladder. They said she'd have to have surgery done to remove it. The only problem is the price is expensive! $670! I was wondering if there was other ways to rid of the stone safely and much less expensive. Please help!

Unfortunately, there is no other way to remove the stone in the cat's bladder. I've seen these before and the only way is surgery. I would get the surgery done quick. Otherwise, the stone will get bigger and could extremely harm the cat.

Well I did alot of research and called my vet multiple times for more information and right now she's on the s/d diet. Hopefully it will try to dissolve it since its not close to an inch (the vet told me recently).
