I have adopted or been adopted by 4 orphaned kittens. I have no clue how old they are. They are eating well and going to the bathroom on a regular basis. Having said all this, they do not seem to be getting any bigger at all. I have had them for about 4 weeks. When I got them they had their eyes open and had full sets of teeth. They are really cute and really sweet, just really really tiny. Any ideas would be great.
Thanx,
Leann

I'm guessing they were found outside? If so there is a good probability they have worms and could have other parasites passed on to them from the mother. Having worms would definitely make it harder for them to gain weight. You're best bet is to take a stool sample to a vet to be tested for worms so they can be treated if necessary. In the mean time, if they are eating dry food you can try giving them some canned food (introduce it in small amounts at first or you will upset their little bellys)and that may help them gain a little weight. Good luck with your kittens and thank you for not letting them to fend for themselves.
