Upper respiratory issues NEED a vet's attention as your cat may have an infection. IF you wait, your cat may die. Also, Feline Asthma is very common today and that needs to be checked as well, by a vet. My cat is on an inhaler(with the Aerokat) and this has saved his life. owning an animal requires tons of responsibility, so be responsible and PLEASE get him to a vet.
Good Luck!
