My Cat Is Bleeding From The Vagina

Sorry im not quiet sure the breed or species my cat is. I have a Kitten that is 7 weeks old and a Cat that is 4 and a half years old, ever since I have had my Kitten my older cat seems to bleed from her vagina. She sprays blood up the walls of the house and on the floor. And yes she doesn't get along with my kitten. Also my older cat is De-sexed and it still sprays blood. It would be helpful, Thanks Aiden =]
