I stepped on my Kittens foot and I feel awful

I accidentally stepped on my kitten of 12wks. I don't have the money right now for a vet. She moves her hind right hip just fine, but she is unable to move her foot. Is it okay for me to splint it? What can I give her for pain or do I have to take her to the Vet ASAP??

Don't feel too bad. Kittens and puppies are so underfoot and I've stepped on my poor puppy a few times as well.
   
I would suggest bringing her to the vet. Look around at prices (just call and speak to the secretaries and explain the situation) and do NOT give your pet any pain medication. How long has it been though? I would give it a few days to see if it heals itself. Unless she squeals when you touch it-then it is probably broken or badly sprained.
