Kitten concern

I rescued a 4wk old kitten about a month ago. I am concerned about her. When I first got her, I found out that she had worms. I bought some de-wormer, gave her a dose and about an hour later she vomited and had a rather large worm in it, thankfully it was dead. I have read that having worms can possibly cause a kitten/cat to have foul smelling gas and diarrhea. She has both and her belly is a little bloated, but not as much as when I first got her. Is it possible that she may still have worms? I have checked the box every time she uses it and I see nothing out of the norm. I also de-wormed my other cat, just in case He is U.T.D. on his shots. I have a regular vet that I take my other cat to, right now I don't have the money to take her. Any help/advice would be great!!! Thank you!!
