kitten missing an eye

we found our new kitten outside, he is only about 6 weeks old. he had to have his left eye removed. my two questions are, will he have problems later in life as far as seeing and moving around and will we need to do anything special with him to help him out, other then love him madly?

As long as you now are keeping the new baby as an inside cat, as the kitten grows he/she will learn to live with one eye. Hopefully no infection will occur from this point on. This kitten needs to be a inside cat though. Good luck!
