Watery, mated eyes (conjunctivitis?)

The only thing you can do is call your local animal services or cat rescue group and let them know what the situation is. There is a chance that if they do seize the animals that they will be put down if they are to sick. But that is the way to get this lady to stop abusing/neglecting animals again. Cats breed in huge numbers and this hording if that is what it is is an illness that people have. She will not stop unless she is forced to. If this is the situation you should do what you think is right for the animals. I don't know the exact situation but this is my opinion if it is. I have worked in shelters and resceus for 16 years and have seen the worst. No one will know to help if you don't speak up. steph
