Kitten feeding problems

For the past 2 days, our 8 week old kitten will not eat. We've tried wet food, dry food, and treats but still nothing. He drinks water and milk here and there, but very little. Any ideas?

Cow's milk is very bad for kittens, cats are naturally lactose intolerant, and it can give them diarrhea (making dehydration worse)
   
What was he eating before he got to you? If he goes more than 24 hours without drinking he can get seriously dehydrated.
