No, it doesn't look that way (although I can't see the body of the cats well).
Calico cats have large distinctive patches of black, red-orange, usually with a white chest & underside, & frequently white feet.
(Tortoiseshell cats also come with a black body)
Calico cats are not striped. Striped cats are Tabby Cats.
