help me get control of birds

The regurgitation & humping is hormones & it should be avoided. It can turn them a little on the nasty side. Remove the toys he's humping & replace them with new toys.
Being confined to cage space, having a constant supply of food & water all contribute to hormones. In the wild they only breed when conditions are perfect & for perfect conditions they need a constant supply of food & water & nest spot. This triggers them to go into breeding mode so you need to lessen this by only offering food during meal times, having play gyms available to the birds & lessening their times in the cage & spreading food bowls, water bowls & toys throughout the house to avoid them favouring one particular spot (the cage).
